Violations

East Central District Communication on Recruiting Policy Violations Unfortunately we have had an unprecedented level of Recruiting Policy violations over the last few months.  The District Board has been investigating these violations of EC District and WYSA State Policies and is announcing the following sanctions: FC Magic:   6 months probation (further violations may lead to the club being put in “Bad Standing”) The FC Magic tryouts may not begin until Monday, July 6th, 2009 for violating the WYSA State Recruiting Policy (pg. 23 EC Rules and Regulations, section D. Recruitment Policy). Allegations about individual recruiting violations are also being investigated and possible additional sanctions against the Club, individual Teams, Coaches or other individuals will be communicated as appropriate in due course. DePere Select:    3 months probation, for improper advertising of tryouts (further violations may lead to the club being put in “Bad Standing”) Green Bay Lightning:  3 months probation, for improper advertising of tryouts (further violations may lead to the club being put in “Bad Standing”) United Soccer of Allouez:  3 months probation, for improper advertising of tryouts (further violations may lead to the club being put in “Bad Standing”) Menasha Area Soccer Club:   3 months probation, for improper advertising of tryouts (further violations may lead to the club being put in “Bad Standing”)   Ongoing investigation of other alleged recruiting violations may result in additional sanctions throughout the EC District.
